date night with my wonderful hubby! we went to la pentola where we had our "rehearsal dinner" just a year ago! it was so special to have this opportunity to walk around st. augustine and revisit all the spots from our wedding weekend last june! and now we are expecting a baby! what a fun and blessed year!
everyone wanted to go back to The Columbia, where we had our wedding reception. we even got to sit in the room where we danced. it was so nice to come back and remember such a special occasion with some of the very same people!
just a year ago craig and i stood in this very same spot...he was extremely handsome in his tux, me in my wedding dress....now a year later, i am wearing maternity clothes!

taylor had a blast feeding the sea lions! one of the highlights of the day was when one of the greedy birds swooped down and snatched one of the little fishies out of her hand!
though it was a REALLY hot day, we had a fun filled day at sea world in orlando! and managed to get totally soaked by shamu! and taylor went on her very first little roller coaster.
to celebrate our anniversary, craig surprised me with a getaway weekend to hot springs, arkansas. it was wonderful! i could not have asked for a more wonderful and loving husband! i can't believe it has been a year since we had our beautiful wedding down in st. augustine! and it has been a year full of so many exciting blessings! God is so good! many warned that the first year of marriage is the hardest, but craig and i agree that it has been the best year of our lives!

grandma and grandpa came for a visit from iowa and took taylor fishing at craighead forest...she caught not just one, but three!! and she loved it!

a wedding weekend to remember
craig and i still can't stop talking about how perfect our wedding was and how blessed we were to share it with our loved ones! while anxiously awaiting our wedding photos, we thought we would start a little blog to share some of our favorite photos and to keep you updated on our adventures! our honeymoon was a wonderful way to start off our life of adventures! we were very spoiled, with a balance of funny and humourous anecdotes that make for great memories!

craig and i had the most wonderful honeymoon in cancun at the 'cancun royal all-inclusive spa & resort". we were very -spoiled - mostly getting to spend so much time together - but the swim up bar, 24-hour room service, amazing view, and cabana beds overlooking the turquois ocean only added to our bliss!
